Tasting

This Tradition Cuvé Brut is a beautiful pale gold wine with a delicate thread of tiny bubbles in the glass. Fresh fruit aromas with a hint of pastry hit the nose and are both expressive and balanced. Perfect for the aperitif or served with fish.

Demi Sec

This wine is simply more dosed with disgorging (32 g/L) and can be served with a dessert or with marbled cheeses to emphasize the salty/sweet contrast.
