Made from the exceptional grapes of the 2017 harvest, this vintage pale gold wine has notes of buttery pastry followed by exotic fruit aromas. Its tonic effervescence tempts the palate and lingers on notes of fig and citrus. Perfect for the aperitif, where it can show off all its splendor but it can also come into its own with poultry and white meats where it reveals all its complexity.
