Tasting

Made from the exceptional grapes of the 2019 harvest, this vintage pale gold wine has notes of fresh apricot followed by stewed fruit aromas. Its tonic effervescence tempts the palate and lingers on notes of lemon confit. Perfect for the aperitif, where it can show off all its splendor but it can also come into its own with poultry and white meats where it reveals all its complexity.
