We look forward to welcoming you to our winery and family home situated in the charming village of Sacy.

 

Our vineyard is in the 'Premier Cru' area and a gentle stroll from the village takes you along wine paths where you can discover the spectacular views of Reims and the surrounding country side. Reims cathedral, where most french kings were crowned, is only 8 km away and Epernay, the Capital of Champagne is just a short drive through the National Park of the Forest of the Montaigne de Reims.

Our family home and winery dates back to the early 19th century and is set in a beautiful walled garden. The property was originally a convent and has retained a very peaceful and contemplative atmosphere.

 

Please feel free to visit us during our opening hours and, weather permitting, enjoy a wine tasting experience on our terrace overlooking the garden accompanied by birdsong and the gentle cooing of doves ! If the weather is inclement you can enjoy our wines inside in our dedicated reception room. We welcome everyone, including larger groups and we are delighted to share our knowledge and experience with you.

Our son, Brice VALENTIN, trained as a chef in restaurants in Paris and London as well as in Lyon. Combining seasonal produce with specific flavours, Brice will provide you with an exciting gourmet experience. He will serve up dishes that both enhance and compliment our champagnes and delight your senses. You and your guests will appreciate this very personal service and will treasure the taste of authentic pleasures rooted in our local culture.
