Harvest 2025

2025 was finally a more peaceful year!
Spring 2025 was warm and dry. Although there were only one or two leaves on the vines at Easter (April 19-20), the low temperatures during Holy Week did not cause any damage!
Flowering took place over a few days around June 4-5. The vines grew rapidly, spurred on by the heat and rain from the previous winter. It was therefore a season marked by the absence of disease in our vineyards. What a joy for us winegrowers!
The harvest began on August 26 on our estate. Another early harvest!  The pressing went well without the need for high pressure. The grapes were perfectly ripe, with good natural acidity, and the juices looked promising, as confirmed by the first tastings.
Our team harvested 55,828 kilos of grapes by hand, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them.
